I have received an input document given to members of the CSTD working
group on improvements to the IGF. You can download it from here:

IT for Change's contribution, as well as Marilia's and the APC's, come
through strongly for me, but otherwise, there are very few in favour of
making significant changes to business as usual.
Hopefully though, there will be some vigorous discussion in the meeting
itself. If I can get any news out of the meeting (it's closed, even to
other governments and IGOs), I'll post back here.
