Marilia,

Now I am inside the MAG informal meeting. IT looks like the
observers are not given floor in general. I am raising my hand
and name plate (IGC), but they don't give any sign.

Do you think that remote participants can make comments,while
observers in the room cannot?

We may need clarification as to the status of observer.
