[governance] February 2012 Open Consultation and call for written contributions

Hi,

Consultations and MAG are distinct meetings.

The IGF site remains obscure on who is invited to attend what and when.

Travel and hotel reservations have to be arranged in no obscure terms, and
not at the last minute.

Who is in charge really in IGF ?
