[governance] Women IGC members, please consider nominating for coordinator

I am hesitant to close the nominations for IGC coordinator while we still do not have a woman candidate.  Some excellent potential candidates have been invited to nominate and may be still considering.  But please consider nominating yourself if you have been a member of the IGC for some time, even if you don't feel that you are an obvious candidate.  You do not need to have been a high-profile member in the past in order to make a good coordinator.

I would also invite Izumi and Rafik to post a short biography about themselves so that newer members who might not know them well can be better informed for the voting.
