The new online publication of the Intellectual Property,
Communications and Technology section, Convergence, is now ready for
section members to access. Click on the link below to view it:

The publication includes articles on: the Google Earth controversy;
Puma's plight on trademark infringement; and anti-tobacco legislation
in Turkey.

The online Convergence aims to better reflect the demands of this area
of law and the needs of the section's membership. The publication can
now engage with the fast-paced and constantly evolving world of law
relating to communications, technology, intellectual property and arts
and culture more dynamically.
