Good speech overall, one nit to pick.

"continuing to expand the inclusiveness of the forum, particularly to
participants from the developing world,"

I heard a lot of this (as in previous years)

however, if one looks at the facts available, we see that nearly 2/3
of delegates are from developing countries.  These are delegates in
"delegations" only from http://info.intgovforum.org/PLPLit.php.

206 delegates from a total of 316 are from IMF listed "developing
countries" ...the % is 65.20.

Avri, Mawaki, can we get a fuller breakdown of all participants at some point?

A mashup would be dead simple if we had full, open data.
