Yrjö,
Thank you so much for sharing this rather important and encouraging
news. I understand many of you have been there for a long time, with
long and tiring negotiations and debates.
And I hope this will bring more open attitudes of ITU and its members
to the civil society, or mutli and many stakeholders, minority voices
etc.
In any case, please have a good and resting weekend.
And please say hello to all of our friends who are still there.
