Marilia and Rafik... your willingness to take on this role speaks a lot 
for your courage and commitment. Your time will come :)

Ginger... you will be missed!  Thanks for lots of excellent and hard 
work, and for caring not just about the issues but also about the people 
inside the IGC.

Jeremy, thanks to you too for being a really good coordinator. Good that 
you will still be around.
