You weren't at the IGC meeting in Vilnius, but at that meeting Ginger and I asked whether there was interest in forming a committee to review the Charter, and no interest was forthcoming. However, maybe things have changed now. If anyone is interested in participating in a committee to review the charter, please speak up now.
