That was ten days ago, and I haven't heard back.  I think as a contingency, we need to plan to have someone from the IGC to meet with the CONGO representative in person in New York ahead of the consultation itself, as well as to give an IGC statement directly in case there is time available.  Who will be in or near New York on 14 December, and able to attend the consultation?
