FYI,

Comcast's reply - now my on second thought interpretation is this is Level3 is looking to take advantage FCC's leverage over Comcast on the verge of its merger with NBC Universal, to get special treatment...anyway looks like this may well become more than a commercial dispute pretty quickly.
