[governance] EuroDIG and MAG

I plan to attend EuroDIG meeting this afternoon, instead of staying in
IGF MAG meeting.

Yet, the connection in EuroDIG meeting is very week, not able to stay connected
so I came to the hallway to get connected. Two meeting rooms are 2 min
walk away,
not too far.

I was hoping to work on the draft statement for CSTD tomorrow, with interaction
online, but that may not work. In case, I may move back to MAG meeting
for the connection.
