[governance] MAG "open" meeting

Upon our request, MAG agreed to allow us, observers, to get inside the room
and listen to the discussions.

Markus just kicking off, with the suggestion to make the default "open", and
also proposing live transcription be fed, with option of making it off, where
necessary.

This is great.
