I do not agree with Bill's suggestions for the changes.
For instance " "making no institutional changes UNLESS THERE IS
AGREEMENT ON THE NEED TO DO SO "
Cant understand what that means, Bill, who all's agreement will you
consider as the required agreement ?
This new model of governance where everyone, including whose 'power' may
be sought to be regulated, is in my view a strange one. Remember, the
earlier discussion on health insurance policies in the US, and the issue
of all agreeing to things before they become policy.
