But how and why do you infer, from the fact that fees are exorbitant,
that expansion of domain names should be stopped (or limited), rather
than that fees should be reduced to the strict minimal cost (not
necessarily determined by ICANN) of new TLDs inclusion and management
-- and then let a zillion TLDs bloom?
