[governance] [Fwd: Launch of CSO Net - the Civil Society

I think that what is important in relation to this is that IGC should
include in its agenda the events related to this network, in order to have
positions that individual organisations of this caucus could carry to the
consultative processes.

I am part of the ICT for development network, and have included my
organisation to this icso network,
