Hi Katitza....
Congratulations! I wish you the best of success in this exciting
change. I won't wish you "luck", because one of the things I admire
about you is that you really do make your own luck. I watch you work,
moderate, facilitate and "make things happen". I have seen you
arduously defend our privacy rights in the IGF and other spaces. I have
learned by watching you, and am amazed how you can move projects along
from inception to finish. I am not an active CSISAC (or Public Voice)
member, but support the work and issues that you and the others have
developed. I do hope you will continue to work on the projects you have
nurtured thus far!
Congratulations to EFF too! I look forward to seeing your new projects
(as Wolfgang said... maybe we will see more of EFF at the IFG now)!
Best,
Ginger

There I will continue to work on international privacy issues, with special emphasis on law enforcement, government surveillance, and cross border data flow, and will expand the scope of my Internet policy work to include issues concerning cybersecurity, freedom of expression, and copyright. EFF is a strong advocate for citizens' rights, with a history of working at the
>intersection of law and technology. EFF is headquartered in California, with over 14,000 members around the world, and an advocacy list of more than 70,000 supporters worldwide. I will be joining Gwen Hinze and Eddan Katz on EFF's international team in this important work.
