The 1st meeting of the ITU IPv6 Study Group is still underway
(it's presently 6:30 PM in Geneva). The protocol for discussing
what happens at an ITU study group is a little unclear, as the
meetings are "open" (to members and invited guests) but not to 
the public at large.  Once the official report of the meeting
is out, I'll be writing a summary for ARIN's community and will 
happily send a copy along here.
