There are one or two slots for panelists for the IGF workshop No 80
"International Trade and Internet Governance" . The workshop proposal

The workshop would seek to answer questions such as "Has the
International Trade framework progressed at the rate of Internet's
technological progress? Have
Governments empowered business and consumers as much as Technology has
empowered them? Is there any resistence on the part of Governments to
adopt to the changes of the times?"

I am looking for IGF participants who have an extensive understanding
of the issues outlined as the theme of this workshop. Please suggest
names of International Trade Experts from Developing and Developed
Countries.

The workshop is scheduled for Day 4, 14.30 - 18.30, Friday, September
17, 2010 and will take place at Room No 8.
