Dear Jeremy,

It is useful to make those cynical analysis. My experience is that the  
process is driven in situ, in that moment but the different  
participants. So far, it works OK. However, It can go either way. I  
think we will be effective as long as we organize ourselves (and raise  
our points), and follow up those decisions.
