I am not sure whether the MAG meeting on the structure and purpose of the MAG will be open or closed.  I think there is a good chance that it will be an open meeting but that will need to be confirmed.  there may also be some items on the MAG agenda related to the agenda if there are any recommendation that need to be developed.
