Dear all,

While following the drama unfolding in Geneva on the group of the chair of
the CSTD regarding IGF improvements, I finally took the time to watch the
video of the December 14 consultations in New York on enhanced cooperation
(visible at :
http://www.unmultimedia.org/tv/webcast/2010/12/special-event-2.html).

I encourage everybody to do the same, not so much for the interventions of
the participants (relatively predictable) but to pay attention to the - very
lengthy - interventions of UN Undersecretary General Sha in between the
various speeches from the floor. A very interesting illustration of a
high-ranking UN official's "neutrality" :-(

Enjoy.

B.
