I'll attend on the 17th, wasn't planning on the 16th, at least not the measurement bit.  I might show for the last part on WSIS, depending.

At the Cartagena IGF session, some of them expressed interest in trying to coordinate a little, inter alia since a lack of coordination was obviously a factor in the "clear majority" decision of Dec. 6.  Should definitely follow up.
