[governance] OT: ACTION: Translator or Proofreader NEEDED!

Hi There,

We already have Bengali. Lets coordinate so we do not duplicate efforts 
or someone share their knowledge with me ? may it is be better to have 
it in both languages? Pls. advise! Katitza
