[governance] GA resolution adopted and CSTD WG meeting on IGF, Dec 17, now fixed

Well, I don't know.

The problem is that on CSTD website, they say the resolution passed GA,
and that's what the CSTD secretariat sent me, but I am not sure if
they need the final adoption by GA plenary or 2nd Committee resolution
is THE FINAL.

Anyone familiar with UN procedures?
