Yes a day pass can be obtained at the desk that will be set up from 9:00 a.m. at the lobby of
the General Assembly (visitors' area).  You should notify your intention to attend to doylee at un.org.  You should not encounter any resistance because of not being a WSIS-accredited entity, but you do, let us know and we will have words.
