[governance] Breakdown of IGF 2009 participants by region and

Would there be any way of generating more precise information? I'm thinking
particularly of the "multiple hats" (diversity of interests and
"attachments") phenomenon, especially as it relates to the definition of
"civil society" towards which we seem to be working.
