Actual history makes it clear that only people who speak up have a
chance to be heard.

My experience in ICANN processes is radically different than yours.  I
speak, am heard, and have an effect on policy issues that I care
about.

If we leave it to corporates, and don't voice our opinions, then of
course only their voices will be heard.
