Catherine Trautmann advocate for the Telecom package and especially about
article that may make the 3-strike laws not conform with European laws. it
was during the vote of the first attempt of 3-strike or HADOPI law in
France. for the rest, I think that we should be careful with any statements
made by Mrs Reding
