[governance] Dynamic Coallition on ICANN Accountability and

With my humble opinion, in   any community, rules, principles and standards
exists which must be taken into account. ICANN with its rules, its
principles and its standards managed within the various constituencies. I
can be overhanging in this lecture.But his my view and  that concerne
myself.
