[governance] WIPO Marks 10th Anniversary of UDRP

Yehuda and all,

  I hope they marked such an ospicious occasion with a pile 
of dung, as would be appropriate, as the UDRP stinks.  Too
many UDRP decisions that have been further challanged in a
"Real" court of law have been overturned to warrent the
continuance of same without significant modifications
accordingly.
