Andy and all,

  Good points up to a point.  I am not sure I would believe
or want ICANN doing any kind of investigation of such a nature
given yet again demonstrated inability or lack of diligance
in ICANN being able to keep their web site up to date and
George nicely and correctly recently informed us all.  Rather
it would seem more advisible that INTERPOL should conduct 
such investigations and soon.
