Good governance restricts the unlimited actions of megacorporations in order to promote competition and provide safety and accountability for consumers. ICANN to date has restricted unlimited actions by big business in order to limit competition and provide for easy access to consumers.
Users must begin to have a voice. The beginings must have people who are not self proclaimed representatives of the people but rather people who are representative of many.
