[governance] Seeking Room in the Grand Rotana (Nov. 14-17)

Among the various civil society groups staying at the Grand Rotana 
Hotel in Sharm:
Does anyone have a room reservation that they won't use?  I am at the 
hotel now, but I could only get a room to the 14th.

I seek a room from November 14-17.
