Dear colleagues,

You may recall our discussion during last September's planning meeting with
regard to the "Taking Stock and Looking Forward" session. As the mandate
calls for a "formal consultation with forum participants" we will organize
the session on the basis of a pre-established list of speakers.

We have opened the list and begun taking requests for speakers. Request can
be submitted by email to a dedicated address <igfstock at intgovforum.org> with
the subject line "taking stock".

Speakers will be asked to come up to the podium and make their statement
from the rostrum. As we expect great interest, interventions should not
exceed 3 minutes.

I would be grateful if you could spread the news through your respective
networks. The email address and links are on the IGF website; <
http://www.intgovforum.org/>

Best regards

Markus
