I don't recall saying that - if it was supposed to be at the ICANN 
meeting then there is some mistaken identity here (I've been in England 
all week).

Indeed my normal view is the opposite - that all "real world" laws also 
apply to the Internet, and it's unhelpful to pretend that "cyberspace" 
is outside the law.
