Jay Sulzberger, a new and popular advocate to icann has made an impression
with a ccTLD operator at the Dot TK Domain Name Registry. .TK is the country
code TLD for Tokelau administered by Teletok (Telecommunication Tokelau
Corporation) the local telecommunications authority. Tokelau Islands
formerly known as the Union Islands is a territory of New Zealand that
consists of three tropical coral atolls in the South Pacific Ocean. Tokelau
is designated by the United Nations as a Non-Self-Governing Territory.
