[governance] Independent chair for nomcom

Just to let you know that Dr Derrick Cogburn has consented to take on the
role of independent chair for the MAG Nomcom. Ginger and I as co-
coordinators are pleased to be able to put his name forward - he is
currently deeply embedded in snowfields but will emerge soon to assist in
this area. Many thanks to Derrick for offering his services once again.
