[governance] Feb 23-24 Geneva

[Ginger Paque]

Hi,
I can make the meeting on the 22nd, but not lunch on the 24th, as I would
like to attend the Capacity Building event at 13:00--I can stop in at the
lunch meeting first for a while, though.. Look forward to seeing you.
