[governance] Co-coordinator Election Results

Hello Everyone,

I want to congratulate Jeremy for being elected as co-coordinator and also
thanks Ian for the work done. The election showed the dynamics within IGC
and how its democratic process works.
Thanks to the rest of candidates.
