Hi people,
I do not think we can get funding unless we have an institutional
base. This could be an umbrella organization, of which formally the
IGC would be a project or program. This is the way several social
movements in Latin America, for example, obtain resources from funding
organizations. Funders are accountable for grants as much as grantees.
Maybe you have already discussed this here (I am currently unable to
follow lists regularly).
