All,

  Well it seems that the Russians have a clue as well, and seek
to dissuade Google from spewing forth it's advertising spam
to their citizens without some review and oversight.  Perhaps
Google would be wise to be more diplomatic and considerate
of its advertising practices in the future.  Advertising muscle and
gravitas may have for Google run it's course.

  Perhaps the Russian government has set a good precedent for
our FTC, as much as I personally dislike considering such, to take
note of given the huge amount of Google generated advertising
Email spam I certainly receive from time to time.
