You have used the term technical community in your mail where you asserted
that Milton and Parminder want to keep the technical community out (which I
have said is a misrepresentation)

Can you please share your definition of this term 'technical community', so
that we cease to use it equivocally. (Mc Tim look forward to your definition
as well)
