Good point.  While we're at it, I can't help but observe that all of
the computers we use to connect to the Internet are powered by
electricity, primarily mains electricity, much of which is generated
by burning fossil fuels.  (For example, although I of course have full
hydropower offset for the power I use, the power in this part of the
US is primarily generated by burning coal.)  As I hardly need remind
anyone, the CO2 from power generation is a large contributor to global
warming.

It would be the height of irresponsibility to draw an arbitrary and
artificial line to exclude from consideration the greatest problem
facing humanity in the coming century.
