But it remains clear that IGC nomcom members will not be nominated by 
the IGC. Just in case... Anyway, I find this extremely vulnerable to 
manipulation. The best scenario would be for all IGC nomcoms *not* to be 
candidates either by self-lobbying or nomination by other constituencies.
