[governance] IGC nominees for MAG

Thank you for the invitation Parminder. My name is Jan Philipp Schmidt and I
am based at the University of the Western Cape in South Africa, where I
manage a research group working on open innovation in higher education. I am
also involved in a number of civil society organisations, including Freedom
To Innovate South Africa and currently investigating opportunities for
setting up a non-profit organisation that will connect the individual
researchers working on A2K issues in the country.
I am a bit overwhelmed by the amount of traffic on this list and just trying
to keep up for now. The voting rule makes a lot of sense.
