It's supposed to be a much more zen-like, "anarchic community" (if
you'll pardon the oxymoron) rather than a political party with all
it's concomitant "stuff" (like lists). Despite what some may feel,
this is not a political organisation. We don't need to know who
members are until AFTER the vote (ar at anytime that someone feels the
need to declare themselves members).
It's just as JH said "Through the act of voting, people acknowledge
the charter and agree to be
members of this caucus - not the other way around."
