Hello Parminder,
Is there a process for accepting the charter? Or do I simply declare
here in the list that I subscribe to the Charter ? There is no
navigation controls on the page
http://www.igcaucus.org/IGC-charter_final-061014.html to indicate
that I subscribe to the charter....
