Peter and all,

  I can't answer your question, as I do not know.  I also wouldn't
worry if lurkers or otherwise "Like" you or anyone else has anything
to do with addressing arguments and issues that may/will incur from
deliberations on this forum of the IGC.  I hope that no one else
does either.
