[governance] What 'Categorical Topics' would you list on the

Yehuda and all,

  Because Yahoo represents currently a significant security threat
accordingly and that you suggested that Yahoo perhaps be used
for "Topics".  That was an unwise and potentially dangerous
"Governance" suggestion for obvious and already stated reasons.
